Importance of the development and usage of information technologies is well-known fact in all Ukrainian society, which finds confirmation in a wide demand for IT services. Such demand and its satisfaction by highly qualified IT professionals has several peculiarities. Not all businesses can have professionals of corresponding profile all the time due to financial situation or lack of permanent tasks. On the other hand there is much information nowadays about the disadvantages of university education in Ukraine, such as lack of practical training for students, complexity of providing a differentiated approach for the training of specialists for the specific needs of various businesses.
The method for convergence of the education system and the demand of enterprises for specialists and services is combination of classical education and practice in the field of IT outsourcing. Educational institutions can teach and engage students and teachers to perform real practical projects from business customers, who are consumers of information technology. Additionally the specialists of the leading IT companies have the opportunity to be the leaders, experts, trainers, and consultants for student project teams, and also to implement more complex tasks. As a result, the client company gets solved task, institution increases the competitiveness of its graduates, IT company gets trained talent pool without actually spending time to adapt new workers.
